I just had issues getting nginx to work correctly and going through the decompiled Java source and playing around with bytecode editing sounded more fun. I'm not a Java programmer and I'm not sure if this will be viable long term, but my deluge+filebottool Unraid docker is now finally able to process my tv shows.Ī proxy solution is probably the best solution though. I modified the Java bytecodes for the getMirror() function to just bypass the cache and always return. The script part is no longer necessary as you pointed Pete, thanks for that Remove and add the library again (refresh or update the library does not fix the problem) Modify the _init_.py (according to my previous post) restart plex Here are the steps to reproduce the issue.Īdd a library and set the MCM agent as the default provider (as it should be done)Īs Plex index that library, even thou the movies have the srt files, Plex does not list any subtitles. Without my modifications the MCM agent does not inform plex that the media has subtitles. I’ve setup a new PC for the MCM and Plex and I just realized what the problem is exactly. Media Center Master + uTorrent + Plex Media Server + FileBot = CUT THE CABLE ! I'll be requesting the feature, just noted here so anyone reading can add to-it.Īfter all this steps, my MCM + Plex combo is AWESOME It would be very nice to have some integration from MCM to Filebot. I've created a PowerShell script to do this for now and set for post processing in MCMĭir -Filter *pb.srt -Recurse | Rename-Item –NewName If not named like this, Plex displays the subtitle as unknown Since I've use Filebot to get my subtitles, the English ones are ENG, but the Portuguese are just PB, It would be nice if MCM could rename to POR I like to point that Plex does not like the language code using two digits, like EN or PB ![]() ![]() I do not know if this has connections to anything, I just find odd. So I've moved to first ( as its also needed ) in the list, for movies and TV That under the MCM agent there is the option to use the "Local Media Assets" On the same time I've found a few threats on the internet about NFO importer from XBMC, and in one of those I've learned that there is a option to add to the agent to use the "Local Media Assets" so you can have the cake an eat tooĪppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-ins\MediaCenterMaster.bundle\Contents\CodeĪccepts_from = Īfter I've restarted the Plex Media Server, on the agent settings I've find the change On the MCM there is no "Local Media Assets" to use with the MCM agent. From the Plex side, Plex states that to use local subtitles they have to be on the same folder as the movie, follow the naming rules and the "Local Media Assets" has to be first in the list of the scanner that you use. I've struggled allot with subtitles using MCM and Plex, and I did find some useful information.
